Service Breakdown

Cleaning & Sweep

Rotary sweep cleaning

Mechanical rotary brush systems clear soot and ash accumulation thoroughly from smoke shelf to flue tile without generating airborne dust in living quarters.

Safety Removal

Stage 3 creosote removal

Targeted chemical treatments and specialized chipping tools eliminate hardened glaze creosote deposits that present severe residential ignition hazards.

Diagnostics

Level 2 camera inspections

High-definition internal flue camera monitors record every square inch of clay tile liners, exposing hairline cracks, gaps, and water intrusion points.

Structural Repair

Tuckpointing & crown rebuilding

Weathered mortar joints are ground out and packed with matching Portland mix while cracked concrete crowns are recast to block moisture ingress.

Photographic report

A high-definition camera crawler maps the entire flue length to log creosote thickness, liner integrity, and structural defects.

Flexible rod systems and specialized rotary heads scrub soot deposits down from the crown while vacuum negative pressure captures all debris.

Homeowners receive clear diagnostic documentation detailing maintenance results and any necessary masonry repair priorities.

Heavy drop cloths and industrial HEPA filtration units are secured around the hearth workspace before tools touch the brickwork.
